- Access details will be provided to you immediately after successful payment.

Since this is a digital product, no physical items will be shipped.

2. Payment & Pricing
- All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal).
- Prices are listed in INR (₹) or USD ($), depending on your region.

By completing your purchase, you agree to pay the listed price in full.

3. Refund Policy
- Due to the digital and downloadable nature of Keep Lavish Assets, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

4. License & Usage Rights
- When you purchase Keep Lavish Assets, you receive:

Personal Use Rights: You may use the video clips in your own content (Instagram, YouTube, ads, personal brand, etc.).
Resell Rights (if included in your plan): You may rebrand and resell Creator Vault at your chosen price and keep 100% profit.

Restrictions:
- You may not share, distribute, or give away Keep Lavish Assets for free.
- You may not claim copyright ownership of the original clips.

You must not misuse the resell rights in ways that violate applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property
All original content, training, and materials included with Keep Lavish Assets remain the intellectual property of Priyanshu Agrawal. Your purchase grants you a license, not ownership of the product itself.

6. Account & Access
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- If unauthorized access is suspected, notify us immediately.

We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
Keep Lavish Assets is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of Keep Lavish Assets.
- Results from using Keep Lavish Assets (e.g., income, growth) may vary and are not guaranteed.
